Major OEMs use Broadcom MegaRAID technology, often under their own controller branding.

That common architecture lets us apply the same deep diagnostic knowledge across Dell, Lenovo, Supermicro and configurable systems from GIGABYTE, ASUS and ASRock Rack. HPE Smart Array is a separate controller family, and our cross-vendor RAID expertise covers that too.

When a RAID array goes offline, we inspect the controller, drives, cabling, backplane and event history before changing the configuration. If the safer route is specialist data recovery rather than an onsite rebuild, we will say so.
